Your BFF is getting married woohoo! She proposed and now you're on Bridsmaid duties. We all know what that means. HEN PARTY TIME! Here are our top five games to get the party started and break the ice.
1. Pass the Parcel - Hen Party Game
Bring the bride to be and hens together and start the celebrations off with a fun game of Pass the Parcel! The below Kit comes complete with confetti, wrapping paper, 'Winner' Glasses and forfeit cards - all the gorgeous pink and rose gold design.
Wrap a cute present with our gorgeous pink wrapping paper. Fill in the cards with fun forfeits and place between each layer for endless mounts of fun!
2. Wedding Dress - Toilet Paper Game Challenge
Split the ladies into teams and make sure you have several spare rolls of paper. The teams get three minutes to create a fabulous wedding dress that an atelier would be proud of! Bride chooses a winner and the rest take a forfeit shot!
3. Guess who - Hen Party Ice Breaker
Hen parties bring lots of different ladies together. Get each girl to write down her most embarassing moment. Put them all into a bowl and get the bride to pick them out one at a time and guess the gal whose embarassing moment it is. Great way to get everyone involved and get the party started.
4. Beer Pong (Or drink of choice!)
You need a long table, some fabulous cups like the I do crew gold cups and a table tennis or ping pong ball and your drink of choice. Beer Pong is generally played by teams of two in which each team takes turn throwing a ball into the other team's cups. Once a ball lands in a cup, the cup is taken away and the opponent then drinks the contents of the cup.
5. Mr & Mrs Game - Test the Bride to Be
So before the hen party, ask the groom 10 to 20 questions about him, the bride and their relationship. If you have time and the groom isn’t camera shy, record him answering the Mr and Mrs questions on a phone, ipad or laptop. You can then play his answers back after the bride gives her answer. The bride will absolutely love this and so will the hen party guests. It makes it a lot more personal and the bride will love seeing her groom and feeling like he’s more involved. It definitely makes the Mr and Mrs Quiz more engaging.
Top Tip! Gauge your questions based on attendees. The brides mum or granny doesn't want to hear about her favourite sex position! You know your bff, just be mindful of what might cause her embarrassment and keep the party light!
